    I substituted one teaspoon ground ginger and one teaspoon pumpkin pie spice for two teaspoons gingerbread spice. Rather than regular milk, I made my own buttermilk by mixing a little white vinegar into oat milk because that’s what I had. Otherwise, I followed the directions and these were great! Light, fluffy, just spicy enough! This is a great way to use leftover bananas, and I’ll definitely make these again!
