Caprese pasta salad from 100 Days of Real Food: Fast & Fabulous: The Easy and Delicious Way to Cut Out Processed Food (page 95) by Lisa Leake

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Delicious. I think you could get away with using bottled pesto in the winter but the author’s intention to use only fresh basil was spot on. The chopped basil as well as fresh basil pesto put some high notes into the pasta’s flavor. Combined with the Caprese Ingredients, the outcome was a perfect summer side dish. Everyone liked it including my young granddaughter. This would also make a good lunch meal by itself (as categorized in cookbook by author). We preferred this pesto version of caprese pasta salad over the olive oil dressed one we tried earlier (reviewed earlier this summer).
