Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As with all ATK recipes the direction are meticulous. I had never followed such explicit directions for a stir fry before. The results were quite good - we were all very pleased. It took almost 45 minutes of hands on time from start to finish.
