    The pork was OK, but the onion/caper/olive relish was excellent. The pork cooked up faster than the onion on the grill. I also only did one onion which was more than enough.

    The flavor was complex and delicious. I loved the spiced marinade, and the caper onion relish really even made it better. However, what we didn't love was the cut of the pork. Maybe something else wouldn't end up so tough? I'd make this again, but with a different cut of meat.
