    This is an easy and outstanding meal, my family loved it. The cola makes for an unexpectedly complex liquid and the meat is deeply flavored, my 4 lb. boneless shoulder cooked in 3 hrs. I served it over “noodle pillows”, an old favorite from Barbara Tropp’s China Moon Cookbook. The pickled vegetables are a perfect compliment.
