Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Excellent taste, but texture w/my food processor-less method was not tender enough (made worse by overbaking). Hand-chopped walnuts, sifting through coarse strainer. Combined all dry ingredients, then mixed in shortening with electric beater. Started with the Diana Kennedy recipe, toasting flour, so used that amount & adjusted butter upward to compensate, but still too dry & crumbly after the chilling. Had to beat in more butter, probably toughened the dough. Next time will stick to Parks' ratio & method, using someone's fp.
