    Inspired by this recipe. Already had mujadara. Made a full batch of marinade for half tofu. Marinated and roasted tofu and carrots, plus broccoli. Topped mujadara with that, sliced avocado, and unseasoned sunflower seeds, plus extra marinade rather than dressing. ~Dressing and seasoned seeds sound good — but was missing ingredients. Tasty!
