Rye crisps from The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion: The All-Purpose Baking Cookbook (page 164) by King Arthur Flour

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We enjoyed these. However, I ended up with enough for 2 baking sheets instead of 1. And I had trouble with the edges burning, especially on the sheet that was on the bottom rack; I assume because I rolled them unevenly with the edges too thin(?). Used poppy seeds in place of caraway. Would try again, but not cook 2 sheets at once.
