    I used harissa, shredded cucumber, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper and zatar in sheep milk yogurt instead of what is called for in the sun dried tomato pesto yogurt, I also made a butternut squash mash with zatar and added cumin to the melted butter topping. This is a really flexible and delicious recipe to suit your preferences. Will absolutely be making it again
