    This is a super delicious recipe and is great for a casual dinner party or family dinner. I make a few changes to the recipe depending on what I feel like at the time: no lemon in the aioli, substitute mixed baby lettuce leaves for the cress, brioche rolls instead of plain white rolls. I sometimes use sriracha sauce instead of the chilli jam for less sweetness and more heat. The meat is delicious and needs no modification.
