Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Her recipe isn’t great as it didn’t have instructions for thinning the batter with water in the blender or to get a pourable consistency. With help of the internet I did get edible dosas, but not very crisp for some reason. Probably will look at other recipe sources for dosa. (Update, I've since switched to just getting the premade batter at my local Indian market, much more foolproof for making dosa.)
