Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Extremely tasty for what feels like minimal ingredients and methods. I used ready packed pork belly slices and would recommend adding the following: 3 tbsp of minced garlic & ginger (I buy the ready minced & mixed jar of this by KTC from sainsburys), 2 tbsp brown sugar - but I reduced the amount of chilli flakes to 1 tsp. I also doubled the cooking time as I like my pork very tender and the stated time did not seem enough to me.
