    I've spent years searching for the ultimate brownie recipe; I've made literally hundreds of brownies. And I am pleased to tell you that this is the one. I've adapted it to make it gluten free (using Doves GF flour, and also gram flour on another occasion) and it is just as good. I've made it with a melted down large dark toblerone bar and it rocks. I've served it in wee glass dishes with raspberries and cream, or with ice cream and fruit coulis. Or as a treat on its own. It is without a doubt the best and easiest brownie recipe that I've found and I'll now stop searching for others!
