Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Not sure I can roast a chicken any other way now. Except for Zuni cafe's chicken and bread, this is the greatest roast chicken I think one can make. Incredibly flavored. Just perfection.

    absolutely amazing brine never thought of that many ingredients in a brine. such a beautiful chicken
