    My husband made this today. It was really fast and easy. The flavors were simple but delicious. His only suggestiom would be to add some “kick”. Some type of chili garlic oil at the end or maybe even garlic and/or fennel seeds in the sauce. I thought it was delicious as is!

    What was initially only the result of an EYB search to use up some leftover vegetables turned out to be a pleasant surprise which will go into our regular pasta rotation. Delicious!
