Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My first time trying cardoons, received them in my veg box. Not a fan, it's like bitter celery! The recipe was OK, very simple flavours. I added some honey to counteract the bitterness and some capers to perk it up a bit. I now read that you should peel and boil cardoons before using, this wasn't mentioned in the online version of the recipe but presumably in the book.
