Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Requires advanced preparation and marination time. The original preparation dirties quite a few dishes as you’ll be making a marinade and a salsa—if you make the suggested side salsa, but the actual “cooking” is about 5 minutes so it’s a good meal prep recipe. I used about 1/4th to 1/3rd of the adobo sauce for a lb of halibut.
