Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Excellent easy recipe that came together very well. I dialed down the number of peppers due to a spice sensitivity in the home, but followed the rest exactly. It was excellent and filling. The salsa ligera does make a *lot* so you can probably half that part of the recipe and be fine. It tastes delicious so I froze what was left of it for a future meal. Highly recommend.
