Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Very easy to make. Tasted great. I did sub homemade pickled jalapeños for fresh.

    Very nice meal and paired nicely with the Mexican rice recipe that is also in this book. It's a good way to make a steak feed several more people than it would normally and the flavor was great. I paired with with a sliced avocado fresh from the farmer's market, which I recommend.
