    4.5* Really good and relatively easy, just takes a little time to make (or make ahead). Used a brioche bun, 450g ham (NL: beenham), cherry tomatoes for the jalapeño salsa, and lactosefree sour cream for the cabbage. Didn’t add the refried beans. Would make again.
