    Totally agree with Pamsy - easiest roast ever. I used my combi steam at 115 +60% and didn't bother with "tightly cover". Husband was concerned about "wasting" a bottle of wine, but changed his mind post dinner! I reduced the pan juices to a coating consistency gravy, as the lower temp +steam meant very little evaporation of the wine!

    Fabulous lamb dish. Meltingly tender and so tasty and easy. Great Sunday dinner roast.
