Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My family really enjoyed this! The taste of the ground mushrooms can be rather intense so it’s very important to adjust the lemon juice to brighten it enough to overcome that. With the proper balance it’s definitely one of the best pasta recipes.
