Kopi tiam pork tenderloin in black pepper sauce from The Malaysian Kitchen: 150 Recipes for Simple Home Cooking (page 284) by Christina Arokiasamy

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Comes together quickly. The pork was a bit tough. Don’t need to add extra salt. The pork needs to go in before the onions take any colour or they’ll burn by the time the pork is browned

This was amazingly good and simple. I wish i had cut my pork thicker as she recommends 2 inches and i probably cut mine 1 inch. My pork was on the verge of being over cooked i a,so added mushrooms to the pan with the onions. This was such an easy delicious weeknight dinner and a definite keeper.
