Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Love the millet. Not overly sweet. Tried some with chopped apple and some with blueberries... preferred the blueberries. Dont rise much. Got 11 muffins out of the mix and needed 26 mins.

    I put a streusel on top (cinnamon, butter, sugar). very moist and delicious. Did not have millet.

    A nice muffin, mildly sweet. Still fresh tasting in the morning when baked the night before. I got 11 muffins using my normal muffin scoop. I'm not sure if I liked the crunch from the millet; I might leave it out next time.
