    My husband liked this better than I did. I thought the cocoa nibs were a bit overpowering, but he thought they enhanced the steak wonderfully. Next time i’ll serve my steak sprinkled with the cocoa powder but without the cocoa nib topping and make that for him. The Bison steak, with just the cocoa powder, was delicious and perfectly cooked. I followed the pan Browning/ oven roasting directions to the letter.
