Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It was a bit bland as written, so we increased the amount of peanut butter. We didn't measure, but I estimate we doubled the amount to about 1/2 C plus or minus some until we reached a point where the peanut flavor is fully present but not dominating. With the increased peanut butter, we really liked this. A good solid dish that can be a main or a nice veggie side. (3.5 - solid, good dish)
