Belgian waffles from Vegan for Everybody: Foolproof Plant-Based Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and In-Between (page 64) by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Excellent waffles with crisp exterior and custardy interior (I had to double-check the center was fully cooked). I'm not vegan, but was out of eggs and had coconut oil and almond milk on hand. I would make these again even if I did have eggs. My 7" round waffle iron isn't as deep as some; I got 5 waffles + a bonus small one.

The scant cup is too much for my little cuisinart. Used setting 4 (out of 5) on my waffle maker and I would try a 3/3.5 next time. I only had one cup soy, so I did half oat. Delicious flavor!

Glorious. Perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy and light inside. I've made them with oat, almond and soy milk and all are successful and good but I agree with their assessment that soy makes the best result. One batch makes four waffles and it will keep for the next day.
