Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used this marinade for some boneless, skinless chicken thighs that were cooked in the air fryer. There is lots of flavour here, especially if you like sesame oil & 5 spice powder. I made a 1/2 recipe for 4 thighs, using some to marinade and leaving some aside that I heated and used as a finishing drizzle.
