    This was very good and VERY easy. Definitely reduce the harissa mayo - I used maybe 1/4 cup mayo and then a nice healthy blob of harissa, zest of one lime plus a little juice, then a good sprinkle of coriander. This was plenty to cover the side of steelhead I had (2.5#) and give it really good flavor. I broiled then baked to get it done enough without over-browning. Excellent effort-results ratio.

    Extremely easy to make and delicious. I only made a fraction of the harissa mayonnaise as the quantity in the recipe makes a lot more than you need for the salmon.
