    This was a very good coleslaw dressing. I added the hot sauce to taste (a little less than the 1 tbsp suggested) & I topped up the smooth Dijon with a spoonful of a very grainy mustard. I was prepared to add some dairy (yogurt? buttermilk?) to tame the mustard but it was not necessary as we loved it as it was and we both agree - definitely worth making again.
