    A beautiful and delicious salad! The combination of colors is so appealing! The recipe calls for thinly slicing the cucumber, which I did. The slices kind of adhered to the shallow salad plate, however, and their shape didn’t contribute anything extra to the flavor of this dish. I will probably cut the cucumber into cubes next time.
