Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used this recipe as a starting point but adapted it to suit my own tastes. I didn't use the chillies as I don't care for that level of heat. I used some Goan curry mix as well as the other spices. I used more tomatoes and had to sub coconut cream + water for the coconut milk. It was a really tasty dish though.
