Hippie dippie salad bowls from Thug Kitchen 101: Fast as F*ck: Comfort Food, One-Pot Meals, and Other Easy, Plant-Based Dishes to Pack Your Plate (page 41) by Thug Kitchen and Matt Holloway and Michelle Davis

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I loved this dressing (using parm in place of the nooch & since I like an assertive dressing, skipping the water). My bowl consisted of quinoa (1 of several suggested grains) + the chopped cabbage & romaine called for. I used a spoonful of grated beet chutney and some home canned matchstick pickled carrot & radishes. I did not set out to make a vegetarian dish and so sauteed a mix of diced mild & hot salami with sun dried tomatoes & their oil. I finished with feta & fresh basil and pretty much devoured this.
