Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I only had 85% chocolate, so my ganache was less sweet and I did not add sugar- my kids complained, but they still loved the rest of it. The cake had a strong punch from the fresh nutmeg and the pudding was delicious. Another strong, reliable recipe from Stella Parks that I would make again, but it was very good, just not amazing.

    This is a great classic recipe. The genoise sponge recipe is great, foolproof. I'm not the biggest fan of this pudding filling, but it has tons of flavor and people really ate it up.
