Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I would give these 5/5 stars for flavor & crunchiness... but only 3.5 total for the fact that the 2nd breading attempt did not work all the time. Some of the potato wedges ended up bald after the dip in the buttermilk. It was also a huge hassle for the breading process. I don't think I'd make them again for that reason alone.

    The crust for these is very reminiscent of fried chicken.
