    Made with sweet potato for squash as suggested and onion salt for garlic. Left out sriracha for children but would definitely try with it in. I steamed diced sweet potato in microwave for 5 mins which seemed about right. This was a quick and easy recipe - you could pre-make the sauce. DH and I both liked this and I have absolutely no idea why my kiddos didn't like it. Quite creamy and rich - served with greens for contrast.
