    Can substitute grapeseed oil for coconut oil.

    If you use the 6" size recommended in the recipe the dough makes fewer than stated but you still have lots of filling left over (filling makes good quesadillas though!) . You'll need to make or have it with some kind of salsa as it is quite dry, but still very tasty.
