Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Badly written recipe. It tells you to add milk and butter, but nowhere in the ingredients list or recipe does it say how much. It tells you to fry a kg of chicken but does not tell you to do it in batches. Also, it would be physically impossible to make a sauce as green as the photo with a sauce that's basically two-thirds tomato. The end result was not bad, but not so good to make this worth making again.
