    Marinate for 6-24 hours. Can substitute chicken legs, chicken breasts, chicken wings, or halibut for chicken thighs.

    This was okay but needed some garlic and salt

    Very simple marinade, I recommend leaving in for at least 24 hours. This attempt was closer to 6 hrs and the flavor was lovely but could be even better.
