Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I got a really nice bearnaise sauce out of this. You just have to be so careful not to let the eggs start properly cooking/scrambling - I reheated my sauce at one point and it was not a good idea! But before I did that it was perfect. I wonder if you could skip the stage of clarifying the butter.
