    Not the kind of soup I usually make, but it was delicious, and perfect for this end-of-summer-start-of-Autumn time of year. I didn't use fennel, sorry Anthony. I think you could adapt it to different types of other veg you had to hand eg carrots, peppers. I did obey Anthony though by doing my pesto manually rather than in a food processor.
