Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Tasty, though the fennel/apples did not remain whole like in the book’s photo, instead becoming more like a savoury applesauce. I used a cast iron dish that appeared to have similar dimensions to the one in the photo, but to more closely resemble the pictured end product, I suspect that a much bigger dish is required.
