    6 hrs on high - added Yukon gold potatoes, used a whole red pepper, and added extra pre-diced ham. Perfection

    Used instantpot and stuck loosely to this recipe (minus some of the vegetables). It was a hit! (40 minutes in instantpot is good after a pre-boil).
