      I brined a brisket overnight and then used it instead of corned beef. It was good and the veggies come out perfectly cooked with the cook times suggested.

      Used instantpot and stuck loosely to this recipe (minus some of the vegetables). It was a hit! (40 minutes in instantpot is good after a pre-boil).
