    Tested this recipe out as a contender for Christmas dinner this year, to see if I could save precious oven space by roasting potatoes in the slow cooker. The potatoes themselves turned out fine over the low setting, they were fully cooked, they just weren't very special. Reading the recipe i thought the presentation looked interesting but in the end they just tasted like a plain baked sweet potato. I would not make them again and won't be serving them on Christmas this year.
