Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Much better than expected- very moist cake. Used much less 5 spice, like a 1/4 of the amount & made 1/2 recipe in an 8 in. pan…mistakenly with half black cocoa until I realized I was spooning cocoa from the wrong bag. I also didn’t have whipped cream nor mascarpone so used creme fraiche which tasted fine- but next time a nice fluffy dollop would look better. But what I really loved was the simple sauce. I’m not a plain condensed milk fan but with the espresso- wow! I will use this for other cakes. Didn’t really need the milk in the sauce. Will definitely make this again.
