    This turned out to be a really good chicken stir fry dish. I love the brightness and the different textures of the asparagus and carrots. Freezing the chicken is a great skill to keep in my back pocket. I was able to slice it super thin. Unfortunately this recipe is not in the ATK app. Just in the book. This was a home run so I think I’ll cook my way through this book.
