    Not a good version of this dish. I used 2 whole eggs instead of 4 egg whites and cooked in a non-stick pan with only 2 tablespoons of oil instead of the 3 called for, low sodium soy instead of regular soy. The dish was too oily and too salty and could use another egg to bind all the chives together.
