    I love having instructions to DIY this at home! It’s so simple, but as someone who didn’t grow up with ghee as part of my cultural experience, I’m grateful to Urvashi and all cookbook authors who have the insight and take the time to explain even the very simple things for those of us who don’t have that background knowledge. Looking forward to using this to make something delicious!

    Wonderful! Used unsalted butter. I wait until a second foaming, then call it done. Keeps 9-12 mos unrefrigerated!
