    delicious -- but increase (almost double) the garlic, ginger, and spices!

    Very simple recipe. The beef was quite tasty, but be aware that it's basically ground beef with spices. It definitely needs side dishes for it not to be boring.

    Simple to pull together. Flavorful. Served with eggplant with bulgur from Ottolenghi's Simple.
